Hot Chocolate
2 Cups Boiling Water
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Flavoring
1 1/2 Squares Chocolate
2 Cups Milk, Scalded
1/4 Tsp Salt
Sugar
➔Grate chocolate and combine with sugar, salt, and water. Cook 3 to 5 minutes
over direct heat. Add milk. Sweeten to taste. Add flavoring. Beat with a
dover beater. Serve with or without whipped cream or marshmallows. 6 servings.
